Policies and Payment Terms

Vietnam Nightlife Yacht, boasting experienced river navigation staff, guarantees an enjoyable and safe experience for all our guests. For those looking to rent a yacht for a river tour in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Nightlife Yacht has the following policies and payment terms:

The prices quoted by Vietnam Nightlife Yacht do not include: 10% VAT, food, beverages, alcohol, beer, fruits, and other additional services.

Guests are required to make reservations 7-10 days in advance.

Payment terms are as follows:

• A 50% payment is required immediately upon reservation.
• The remaining 100% payment is due before the yacht departs.

In the event of tour cancellation, Vietnam Nightlife Yacht accepts cancellations made up to 5 days before the scheduled tour. We will refund 50% of the payment and hold the deposit for 5 days. Unfortunately, if you cancel the tour after this 5-day period, we are unable to issue a refund.
